What we do different
We use an advanced system to train you at a high intensity during our pad session without compromising technical fundamentals.
High intensity without compromising technical fundamentals
If you have trained at an advanced level in Boxing you will know how difficult it is to combine the fitness and the technique in the one system. This is ideal for those of you not just seeking a high intensity ‘sweat and slap session’ style that you may find in fitness ‘boxing; classes.
Not just a sweat and slap “Boxing” session for fitness
This unique way of training is perfect for those of you who are bored with wasting time in generic fitness session but want to get fit and also have an interest in the sport and are perhaps working towards some of the other goals that boxing offers, such as:
- Self Defence
99ers Technical Boxing System
Over the years training hundreds of beginners and with dozens of fighters, we have developed a system as a club that is perfect for turning a raw first timer into a competent and fundamentally sound boxer in a very short period of time. You will be shown by the coaches and the fighters the same system they use to perfect and drill the various qualities and skills needed to be considered a competent Boxer.
For fitness or Competition
If you interested in Boxing, be it for fitness or competition, the classes will help you burn and sweat off all those extra kilo’s in no time. But there is more to our classes then pure fitness, unlike many other boxing fitness classes, we only practice strong fundamentals and drills that can carry over to competition if you so choose. Our technical coaching is a great addition to the fitness sessions that we offer, so if you are interested and want to learn more about the ‘science’ of boxing, please ask, as it is our specialty.
