Best training style for Martial arts.
Traditional weights such as hack squats, tricep extensions and even free weights like bicep curls and bench press can really slow down your co ordination and mobility for combat athletics. though small amounts can be useful, long term it is better to use athletics and gymnastic style training to gain strength in a functional way.
